Terms and Conditions of Cut Out India
Welcome to the Terms and Conditions page of Cut Out India.

This page outlines the terms that govern the relationship between Cut Out India and its valued clients. These terms ensure transparency, professionalism, and help in avoiding any possible misunderstandings.

Account
In order to access and use our services, you may need to create an account with us. It is essential that the information you provide during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account details and password secure, and for all activities carried out under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use or security breach concerning your account, please notify Cut Out India without delay.

Intellectual Property

All properties including copyrights, trademarks, features, functionality, and original materials (images, text, graphics, buttons, etc) are protected under international copyright laws. Except for the content users provide, Cut Out India is and will remain the sole owner of these properties.
Therefore, none of these materials can be used, shared, modified, or downloaded in full or part for any use without direct prior approval from the company. Only authorized persons are permitted to do so.
However, these restrictions do not apply in the following cases:
• When materials are used for personal and non-commercial purposes
• When our materials are used with proper acknowledgment of our rights

Payment
Our payment gateways include PayPal, Bank wire transfer, Payoneer, Skirll, MasterCard, and Visa Card. Currently, we do not offer any payment installment options. Clients must pay the full amount for the specific services ordered.

Delivery Policy
At Cut Out India, we start working on your photo editing projects immediately after your order is confirmed. The delivery time frame depends on the specific service you choose. Generally, our standard turnaround time ranges between 24 and 48 hours. If you need your project completed sooner, we also provide fast-track delivery options. For urgent requirements, please contact us directly via email to arrange expedited service.

Refund Policy
At Cut Out India, delivering premium-quality service to our clients is our top priority. We provide up to 5 complimentary revisions for each project to ensure full client satisfaction. However, if the final output still does not meet your expectations, we may offer a refund of up to 100%.

Please note that refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

If project requirements are changed during the editing process

If the final edited files match the previously approved samples

If a client cancels the project without a valid reason

When a refund is approved, we initiate the process as promptly as possible; however, it generally requires a minimum of 60 working days for completion.

For instance, if a client remains dissatisfied even after five revisions, we will arrange a direct discussion to mutually agree on the appropriate refund amount.

Prohibited Activities
At Cut Out India, we maintain strict guidelines to ensure ethical and professional services. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Engaging in any actions that break the law or infringe upon the legal rights of others

Causing harm or exploiting any individual or organization

Pretending to represent or impersonating another company

Sharing or submitting content that is violent, brutal, or inappropriate

Providing adult or pornographic images that encourage sexual harassment within society

Moreover, while using our services, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in these activities:

Utilize manual or automated tools to copy, scrape, or monitor any content on our website

Use any software, scripts, or devices that disrupt or interfere with our operations

Upload, distribute, or introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful technology

Engage in any activities that could tarnish or damage the reputation of Cut Out India

Copyright
We respect others’ intellectual property rights and carefully review all materials used to avoid copyright issues.
If you believe that a copyrighted work has been published on our website without proper rights, please email us at contact@cutoutindia.com with your claim and a detailed explanation.
We protect our content (images, text, videos) and any violation of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Third-Party Websites
We use third-party services including but not limited to Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, and OneDrive. Each of these platforms has its own regulations and terms.
Users are subject to and regulated by their specific terms and privacy policies. Cut Out India is not responsible for their policies, contents, actions, features, or materials. We encourage you to carefully read and understand the policies of any third-party services you choose to access.

Termination
The terms of this agreement remain binding until one party decides to end it.
Cut Out India reserves the right to terminate contracts and suspend account access without prior notice upon breach of agreement or other justified reasons. If you wish to close your account, you can do so by discontinuing services.
Cut Out India will not be held liable if clients terminate their contract or if we suspend services. In such cases, refund policies will not be applicable.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information (business secrets) private and use them only for intended purposes. Breaking confidentiality agreements will subject the offender to legal proceedings. To work on our clients’ projects, we may collect names, email addresses, and related personal details necessary for service delivery. We use this information to communicate and provide support.
